Lori Hicks

Lori has served in the role of Owner/Operations Manager at RJK Ventures, DBA Arizona Natural Concepts (ANC) since its start-up in 2018. Soon after opening the dispensary Lori was instrumental in launching multiple successful Arizona cannabis brands. She has insight into H.R., Retails sales, Merchandising, Advertising, and Brand Sales. Lori also possesses an intricate knowledge of the cannabis banking and the regulatory climate, along with key industry influencers and industry dynamics.

In March 2023, AzBusiness Magazine celebrated “Women in Cannabis” Lori was recognized as one of the “30 Powerful Women if Arizona Cannabis.” Prior to the cannabis industry, Lori was a realtor by trade, a freelance writer for fun, a published author, and in 2008 a Pushcart Prize Nominee. Lori has a sense of
social responsibility and devotion to community that is expressed in her daily living. She is committed to growing the cannabis industry in an ethical and professional way that benefits society.
