Welcome to the Arizona Dispensaries Association!

The ADA is committed to helping patients and consumers easily identify licensed retailers. As the unregulated and illicit markets continue to flourish, it is imperative to purchase marijuana in a regulated dispensary to help prevent the risk of purchasing potentially harmful products and supporting dangerous activities in the marketplace.

The QR code you scanned identifies that dispensary, brand, or industry partner as a licensed operator that is also an active member of the Arizona Dispensaries Association (ADA). As a licensed medical marijuana dispensary, or adult use establishment, you can feel confident that it is approved by and in good standing with the Arizona Department of Health. Additionally, employees at licensed dispensaries are authorized by AZDHS to work in the cannabis industry.

You can feel confident when shopping at an ADA accredited dispensary that you are purchasing legal products that are third-party laboratory tested (for pesticides, microbials and cannabinoids) and are safe to consume. When you choose to purchase legal cannabis, the cannabis tax revenue in Arizona is used to fund community colleges, fire departments, transportation departments, criminal justice programs and law enforcement.
