Director of Revenue and Membership
Danielle Sedgwick is a seasoned executive specializing in strategic partnerships and business development within the legal cannabis industry. With over 20 years of expertise in marketing, brand strategy, event production, and sales across B2B and B2C sectors, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s growth.
Her transition into cannabis was a natural evolution, driven by her deep-rooted background in health and wellness. As a certified nutrition and functional diagnostics specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Sedgwick recognized early on the plant’s potential and entered the space in 2015. Her ability to cultivate strategic alliances and build strong business foundations quickly propelled her into executive leadership roles.
She is the founder of Jade43, a hybrid consulting agency that cultivates ecosystem partnerships by leveraging strategic relationships, cutting-edge digital technology, immersive live experiences, and comprehensive brand and product development.
Sedgwick has been instrumental in expanding the cannabis industry’s event landscape, serving as the chief sales executive and event producer for more than eight large-scale conferences, including The Southwest Cannabis Conference & Expos in Texas, Arizona, and California; The Southeast Cannabis Conference & Expo in Florida; and the U.S. Cannabis Conferences in Florida and Arizona.
In addition to her work in events and partnerships, Sedgwick has collaborated with numerous cannabis and psychedelics associations. She played a key role as the Campaign Finance Director for the Smart and Safe Arizona Act (Prop 207), which successfully legalized adult-use cannabis in Arizona.
Currently, she serves as the Membership and Programming Director for the Arizona Dispensaries Association, where she continues to drive industry innovation, advocacy, and community engagement.
