Greta is an accomplished executive with nearly a decade of experience in the legal cannabis industry. Formerly a corporate lawyer, she now serves as President of The Flower Shop, overseeing 6 retail dispensaries, 3 cultivation facilities, and 2 processing facilities across Arizona, Utah, and New Jersey. With a team of over 320 employees, Greta manages all aspects of the business with a hands-on approach, including cultivation, retail, manufacturing, and wholesale operations.

Her legal background helps ensure compliance and scalability in all markets as she helps the organization navigate varied regulatory frameworks. Greta works closely with regulators and legislators in each state, including the Arizona Department of Health Services, the Utah Department of Agriculture, the Utah Department of Health Services, the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission, and various local municipalities.

Beyond her role at The Flower Shop, Greta is committed to advancing the cannabis industry. She served as President of the Utah Cannabis Association from 2021 to 2023, representing all marijuana operators in the state, and remains an active member of the Arizona Dispensaries Association.
