As an experienced Chief of Staff and Project Manager with more than 25 years of leadership across cannabis, retail, hospitality design, real estate, construction , and manufacturing sectors. She specializes in building scalable infrastructures, leading enterprise-wide initiatives, and guiding organizations through rapid growth and change. Andrea has directed multi-state operations, overseen M&A integrations, and built high-performing teams across IT, retail, marketing, facilities, construction and PMO functions.

 

Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Story Cannabis, she supports C-level strategy while managing day-to-day operations for a vertically integrated MSO, scaling the company from 15 to over 600 employees and leading two major acquisitions. Her prior roles include VP of Retail Construction at Harvest/Trulieve, senior leadership at Best Western International, and project management positions at JLL and leading architectural firms.

 

Andrea brings extensive experience in strategic planning, construction and real estate management, organizational development, and cross-functional leadership. She holds a B.S. in Business/Marketing and an A.A.S. in Retail Merchandising, along with an active Arizona Real Estate License and multiple professional certifications.
